Anita Chari (Ph.D Political Science, University of Chicago, B.A. Philosophy Georgetown University) brings her passion for Continuum movement to her work in philosophy, somatic education, and artistic and creative process. Her work seeks to heal the rift between the head and the heart that has become so pervasive in our world.  With 18 years of experience in academia, Chari specializes in bringing somatic pedagogies to intellectuals, infusing intellectual work with the much-needed counterpoint of embodied experience, sensate attunement, and phenomenological perspective.  She teaches workshops that bring the insights of Continuum movement and other somatic techniques to bear in writing, teaching, and leadership.

Chari is available to work with individuals one-on-one (in-person and via Skype) and she also presents her work through workshops, groups, and residencies.
